Management
Tryg is governed by a two-tier system, in which the Supervisory Board and the Executive Management manage Tryg's affairs.
The Supervisory Board deals with the overall management of Tryg (including appointing the Executive Management and the internal auditor), ensuring a responsible organisation of Tryg's business, corporate strategy and evaluating the applicability of the capital contingency programme.
The Group Executive Management, consisting of the Executive Management and four Group Executive Vice presidents deals with the day-to-day running of Tryg, observing the guidelines and recommendations issued by the Supervisory Board.
