As an insurance business and as a corporate citizen, Tryg facilitates welfare in the Nordic countries through enhanced well-being.
It is very important for us to act as an inclusive business and that our employees feel we assume pro-active responsibility for their motivation and well-being.
Our employees are our most valuable asset, and we believe that by investing in them and their well-being, we benefit both parties. We carry out regular employee surveys focusing on physical and mental well-being among our employees. We follow up on the results through committing efforts with mutual responsibility, emphasising successes and working with development potential.
