We focus on diversity emanating from gender, age, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, faith and religion. Women in management, representation of persons with another ethnic background that the Nordic majority population among our employees and accessibility for employees with disabilities are prioritized areas.

As part of our efforts we ensure representation of diversity in Tryg with respect to age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, faith and religion; we show how diversity may be used as a driver for innovation and development of products and solutions that are attractive to customers, irrespective of their background.
