When is the recruitment of Nordic management trainees?
We expect to initiate the next management trainee programme in September 2012 and the recruitment process to start up in January 2012.

Which education does Tryg prefer the trainees have?
Tryg focuses on broad academic standards among our trainees. We believe that this broadness helps us look at challenges from different point of views. Therefore, we do not prefer any specific fields over others. However, you need to have a master' degree from a university or business school.

Do I need top grades to become a trainee in Tryg?
Good results from your studies are important, but personality and previous experience are equally important.

What is the salary for trainees in Tryg?
The salary is at a competitive level and reflects our expectations as well as your qualifications.

Am I employed on a permanent basis as a trainee?
Yes, you are employed on a permanent basis as a trainee. When the trainee programme has finished, you will be offered a permanent position within the company.
