Recruiting the right person for the job is important for the employer as well as the employee.

In Tryg, we focus on making a professional and fair selection of our trainees for the Nordic Graduate Programme.

In collaboration with external consultants, Tryg's recruitment advisors are in charge of the selection of trainees. The assessment of the candidate is based on interviews, tests and exercises. The tests comprise an ability test and a personal test, and the exercises comprise individual exercises as well as group exercises.

We practice several methods for the assessment to create a more broad and versatile picture of the candidate. The methods are standardised which means that all candidates are on equal terms.   

Tryg has completed the recruitment process for the next Nordic Graduate Programme. The next Nordic Graduate Programme will run from September 2012 until 2014.
